Orders for Stock Items
Ready-to-ship items are typically mailed from the Athens, NY workshop within 2-3 business days.

Made-To-Order Items
Items that are made-to-order generally have a 2-3 week turnaround time prior to shipment, depending on the current order queue. You will be contacted when your order has shipped, or if a lengthier lead time is required.

Shipping Methods
Domestic orders ship via USPS. If you need expedited shipping, please contact info@rove.works to discuss available options.

Gift Orders
If your order is a gift and you would like to include a note, please include the text you would like to appear on the card at the time of your order.

Policy
Rove is not responsible for shipping delays once with the carrier, or for any lost or stolen packages; please use a secure delivery address.

Rove strives for perfection and deep satisfaction with every piece that leaves the workshop.
However, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, stock and made-to-order products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with no signs of wear (scratches, stains, dings, dents, creasing, etc.), and with original dust bag. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Custom orders, commissions, sale items, and international orders cannot be returned.
Rove retains the right to deny any return that does not meet all policy requirements.

Rove is founded on integrity in craftsmanship. Creating pieces that serve people beautifully and reliably is fundamental to that ethos.

All construction, including hardware and hand-stitching, is designed for durability and guaranteed for life. Rove will repair any stitches or hardware that fail under normal use conditions at no cost. Contact info@rove.works to initiate a repair.

This guarantee does not apply to damage or wear caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident, or to discoloration that results from leather’s natural aging process.
